1. Acceptance

By using Puja Seva, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Services

Puja Seva is a platform that connects devotees with pandits for puja services and sells puja products. We are a marketplace — pandits are independent service providers, not Puja Seva employees.

3. Bookings

Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. Cancellations made 48+ hours before the puja qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows receive no refund.

4. Products

All products are sold by verified vendors. Puja Seva facilitates the transaction but is not responsible for product quality beyond our vendor verification process. Returns accepted within 10 days for non-perishables.

5. Pandit Conduct

Pandits must maintain professional conduct. Report any misconduct to support@pujaseva.com. We reserve the right to remove pandits who violate our standards.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use our platform for fraudulent bookings, harassment, or any illegal activity. Violation results in immediate account termination.

7. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Puja Seva charges a platform fee of ₹99 per booking and 8–15% commission on product sales.

8. Limitation of Liability

Puja Seva's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking or order. We are not liable for indirect damages, spiritual outcomes, or pandit conduct beyond our control.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi.
