How do I book a puja?+
Browse our pujas page, select a puja, choose your preferred pandit, pick a date and muhurat, then pay securely. You'll get instant confirmation via SMS and WhatsApp.
Can I cancel or reschedule?+
Yes! You can reschedule up to 24 hours before, and cancel up to 48 hours before for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund.
How are pandits verified?+
Every pandit goes through a 3-level verification: Basic (ID proof), Verified (qualification check), and Premium (full background check). Only verified pandits appear on the platform.
What is included in the booking?+
Your booking includes the pandit's dakshina, a platform service fee of ₹99, and optional samagri kit delivery. All fees are shown upfront before payment.
How do I track my product order?+
Visit My Orders in your profile. You'll see real-time tracking with 5 stages and your AWB tracking number once shipped.
Can I watch a puja live online?+
Yes! Select "Online" mode when booking. The pandit will connect via video call at the scheduled time. You can submit your sankalp digitally.
How are pandits paid?+
Pandits receive 85% of the dakshina (we take 15% platform commission). Payouts are processed every Monday via IMPS bank transfer.
Is my payment information secure?+
Absolutely. All payments are processed by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). We never store card details on our servers.
